Recent press releases, information on getting your driver's license, upgrading to a new Enhanced Driver License (only available at the Endicott and Clinton Street Offices), registering your vehicle, and more are posted for your information.

For your convenience, we have five Department of Motor Vehicle Offices.   Although we stop doing new transactions fifteen minutes prior to closing time, we are available to answer questions and dispense forms until closing time. Any transactions involving the use of a passport or out of state license for identification must be processed at either the Clinton Street or Endicott Offices where document scanning stations are located.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SUMMER HOURS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE SITE BELOW.  THEY COMMENCE DAY FOLLOWING MEMORIAL DAY AND REGULAR HOURS COMMENCE THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING LABOR DAY!

FYI!  In February our DMV offices are closed 2/13 and 2/15 of 2010.

Mobile Unit Sites close from 12 to 12:30 for lunch and stop new transactions at 2:45 p.m.  Questions can be answered and forms handed out until 3.

The sites at 124 Washington Avenue in Endicott and 181 Clinton Street in Binghamton are open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  The only Saturdays those offices are not open in 2010 are as follows:
