Broome County Foreclosure of Tax Liens
On November 2, 2009, Broome County filed the Foreclosure of Tax Liens. These documents, beginning with Index No. 2009002882, are available at the green counter in our Office and online.

Increase in RP-5217 Filing Fee
The New York State 2008-09 Budget increased the RP-5217 filing fee to $116 for qualifying residential or farm property and to $241 for all other property. These new fees apply to deeds submitted for recording on or after April 1, 2008.

City of Binghamton List of Delinquent Taxes
The City of Binghamton has filed the List of Delinquent Taxes with our Office. This document, Index No. 2010001007, is available at the green counter in our Office and online.
